Celtic Kitchen

Celtic Kitchen Irish Fest

Food stories are an important part of any culture. In Ireland, it's not all about the potato! Unless it's a boxty, and then it's quite a bit about the potato. Guest Chef, Padraic Og Gallagher, of Gallagher's Boxty House in Dublin, is a recognized expert on the potato. His restaurant puts the humble spud in the spotlight with three traditional versions of the potato pankcake from the border counties of Leitrim, Cavan and Fermanagh.

Don't miss the entertainment, education and tastings of traditional and modern Irish and Celtic cuisine at the Celtic Kitchen. Local and international chefs share recipes and stories in engaging, interactive demonstrations.
