Milwaukee Irish Fest Foundation Grant Guidelines

Please include the following in grant proposals:

Factual Information

Organization name, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address and contact person. List amount requested, when the funding is needed, and the type of request (capital, operating, special project or event, etc.)

Organization Description

Briefly describe the organization and its purposes, geographical area and people served.

Proposed Project/Event

Describe the project or event, dates, whom it would benefit and how. If only partial funding is received, will you proceed? Have you requested funds from other sources?

Budget

Present a budget summary showing expenses and other income sources.

Organization brochures or literature
Most recent annual report, if available
A copy of your IRS tax-exempt determination letter (NOTE: request will not be considered without submittal of this letter.)

Failure to provide the above-requested information may result in delay of consideration or in denial of your request.
