How to apply?
All vendors that are interested in vending at the 2019 Milwaukee Irish Fest in one of our four marketplaces, must complete the application below. Vendors must provide a variety of Irish/Celtic themed goods for every Milwaukee Irish Fest fan. Within the application, applicants are encouraged to upload photos to give the best representation of their product and it’s quality. If the applicant feels it is necessary to send samples, they may do so. Samples that are received will not be returned, but will be used for volunteer promotion, donated to other local nonprofits, or distributed as Milwaukee Irish Fest sees fit. Samples can be sent to: Milwaukee Irish Fest, Attn: Marketplace Coordinators, 1532 Wauwatosa Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53213.
You will receive an immediate email notification informing you that we have received your application, when you submit the application.
During the first week of April, you will receive an acceptance/decline email notification.
How are vendors selected?
Milwaukee Irish Fest will review all applications and accompanying material and select vendors with unique product to avoid repetition in the marketplaces. Those that have vended at Milwaukee Irish Fest before, will be assessed both on product content, as well as, past festival participation. Please keep in mind that with the limit on available vendor stalls, not every applicant will be accepted.
All decisions of Milwaukee Irish Fest will be final.
Only the product included on the application will be allowed to be sold at Milwaukee Irish Fest, unless the vendor is granted permission before the festival. Milwaukee Irish Fest reserves the right to choose which product the vendor is able to sell at the festival; list your most important items first, on the application.
