J.P. Sexton is a native of County Donegal. He has been travelling around the world for the past couple of decades. His travels have brought him to some unusual and dangerous places such as Mozambique at the end of the civil war there spending several years in the former Yugoslavia during the Balkan wars of the mid-90's a two-year stint in New York's infamous Riker's Island Prison and Running with the Bulls in Pamplona Spain. His penchant for adrenaline-fuelled pursuits is hardly surprising given that he started out in the workforce as a cross-border smuggler at the relatively tender age of nine. His father introduced him to the illicit work when he organized a weekly smuggling campaign from Derry City (which was being bombed on a daily basis) across into Donegal. His readers are now the fortunate recipients of these wild antics and his unconventional life uncovered.
