Are there ATMs on the grounds?
Yes, there are ATMs on the grounds.
Do you offer wheelchairs and strollers?
Wheelchairs and strollers are available to rent at the Main Gate only. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis for a minimal rental fee of $5 for the day. You must bring your driver's license to rent a wheelchair. We do not offer motorized wheelchairs. Available to rent for patrons over the age of 18.
May I bring my camera?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your camera. Make sure you share some with us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram!
Are pets allowed?
Pets are NOT allowed. Only service animals and the Celtic Canine dogs in the Celtic Canine area are allowed on the Festival grounds.
Can I bring my service animal?
Yes. Service animals are allowed on the grounds. A service animal is one that is individually trained to perform work for a person with a disability. You may be asked if your animal is a service animal and what tasks it is trained to perform. You do not need to provide documentation of your animal's status as a service animal nor is it required to wear a vest. Your animal must be leashed unless that interferes with its work, but it must still be under your effective control at all times.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Food and drinks are NOT allowed to be brought into the Festival grounds. We have several food and drink vendors available.
Are backpacks allowed?
Yes, but no purse or backpack larger than 9 inches by 10 inches by 12 inches are allowed in the grounds. All bags will be checked at the gates and go through metal detectors. Food and drinks are NOT allowed in to the Festival grounds.
Can I bring my water bottle?
Empty reusable water bottles are permitted inside the grounds.
Is there a place to check and store items such as umbrellas, shopping purchases, etc.?
Yes, items may be taken to the UPS Truck Package check for a minimal fee. The UPS truck is located near the Aer Lingus-stage area.
What is NOT allowed inside the grounds?
The following are NOT permitted inside the grounds. There are metal detectors at each gate, so please come prepared & leave the following at home:
- No Alcohol
- No Illegal Drugs or Substances
- No Firearms
- No Knives
- No Weapons or Objects that could be used as Weapons
- No Fireworks
- No drones
- No Camelback Style Hydration Packs
- No Picnic Baskets
- No Cans or Glass Bottles
- No Aerosol Cans
- No Pets (except documented service animals)
- No Selfie Sticks
- No Banners or Flags on Poles
- No Laser Pointers
- No Skateboards, skates or bicycles
- No Kites
- No Hula-Hoops
- No Wagons or carts
- No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, give-aways, samples, etc.

Is there a place for Lost and Found items?
Yes, items can be taken to or found at the Milwaukee Irish Fest grounds office located just south of the Aer Lingus stage during the festival. After the festival, all remaining items are brought to the Irish Fest Center in Wauwatosa. Call 414-476-3378 during regular business hours to see if your lost item was turned in.
What happens if there's severe weather, like thunderstorms?
In the case of severe weather, the signage on the grounds and the grounds’ announcement system will promptly notify guests. Some activities may be temporarily postponed or canceled until the weather clears up. Please keep an eye on social media, the website, and the Irish Fest app for updates as they come out. Keep in mind, however, that this is an outdoor music festival, and we operate rain or shine.
