How are vendors selected?
Milwaukee Irish Fest Vendor Selection Committee will review all applications and accompanying material and select vendors with unique product to avoid repetition in the marketplaces. Those that have vended at Milwaukee Irish Fest before, will be assessed both on product content, as well as, past festival participation. Please keep in mind that with the limit on available vendor stalls, not every applicant will be accepted. All decisions of Milwaukee Irish Fest will be final.
Only the product included on the application will be allowed to be sold at Milwaukee Irish Fest, unless the vendor is granted permission before the festival. Milwaukee Irish Fest reserves the right to choose which product the vendor is able to sell at the festival; list your most important items first, on the application. All products being sold at the festival must consist of at least 90% irish/celtic themed.
March 17: Last day to submit an application. No applications will be accepted after this date.
March 26: Acceptance/decline email notifications will be sent. Those vendors that have been accepted will receive follow up requests for additional paperwork needed.
May 6: Signed Agreement, first half of payment (non-refundable) and additional mandatory paperwork.
June 3: Balance due (non-refundable)
