
What is available for vendor stalls?
This year we expect to have approximately 80 total vendors in the Grafton Street, Henry Street and Lilliput Street marketplaces and approximately 6 total vendors in the Moore Street marketplaces.

Please keep in mind that vendors that are interested in vending in the Grafton Street, Henry Street and Lilliput Street marketplaces should be reminded that they will ONLY have the opportunity to rent one (1) 10’x’10’ booth -OR- two (2) 10’x10’ booths. Those interested in vending in the Moore Street marketplace will only have the opportunity to rent one (1) 10’x’10’ booth. No exceptions. What is the booth rental price?
Grafton Street, Henry Street and Lilliput Street marketplaces:
- One (1) 10’x10’ booth - $1,600.00
- Two (2) 10’x10’ booths - $3,200.00
Moore Street marketplace:
- One (1) 10’x10’ booth - $400.00
Milwaukee Irish Fest will make final decisions, based on your selected 1st choice, on which area you will be placed. How to apply?
All vendors that are interested in vending at the 2020 Milwaukee Irish Fest in one of our four marketplaces must complete the application below. Vendors must provide a variety of Irish/Celtic themed goods for every Milwaukee Irish Fest fan. Within the application, applicants are encouraged to upload photos to give the best representation of their product and its quality. If the applicant feels it is necessary to send samples, they may do so. Samples that are received will not be returned, but will be used for volunteer promotions, donations to other local nonprofits, or for distribution as Milwaukee Irish Fest sees fit. Upon the completion of the application submission, you will receive an immediate email notification informing you that we have received your application.
By April 1, 2020, you will receive an acceptance/decline email notification. Deadline to submit an application is March 1.
How are vendors selected?
Milwaukee Irish Fest will review all applications and accompanying material and select vendors with unique product to avoid repetition in the marketplaces. Those that have vended at Milwaukee Irish Fest before, will be assessed both on product content, as well as, past festival participation. Please keep in mind that with the limit on available vendor stalls, not every applicant will be accepted. All decisions of Milwaukee Irish Fest will be final
Only the product included on the application will be allowed to be sold at Milwaukee Irish Fest, unless the vendor is granted permission before the festival. Milwaukee Irish Fest reserves the right to choose which product the vendor is able to sell at the festival; list your most important items first, on the application.
Timeline
- March 1: Last day to submit an application. No applications will be accepted after this date.
- April 1: Acceptance/decline email notifications will be sent. Those vendors that have been accepted will receive the corresponding a questionnaire for further information/paperwork (if the vendor will be renting equipment/parking or additional information that the vendor/Milwaukee Irish Fest will require for the festival.)
How are vendors placed at the festival?
Vendors are placed in a tent or inside a building (limited) at the discretion of Milwaukee Irish Fest. What is the Moore Street Marketplace?
The Moore Street Marketplace was created in the Cultural Village for artisans to demonstrate handcrafted Irish/Celtic items. This marketplace is where the artisans can both sell and demonstrate their craft. This area is coordinated and promoted separately from the Grafton Street, Henry Street and Lilliput Street marketplaces. Contact Information
