1. Donate School Supplies for Free Admission - Donate school supplies at the gate, such as notebooks, markers, backpacks and etc. for children served by Hope House and receive FREE admission to the festival. Please note that Thursday is our Grand Hooley Preview Night, so only a portion of the grounds are open.
Saturday, August 17
2. Participate in the 5K Run/Walk to Irish Fest (Arthritis Foundation) - All participants in the 2019 5K Run/Walk to Irish Fest will receive FREE same-day entry to the festival before 3:00 pm.
*First Responders will receive free admission at any gate, with valid ID plus one guest, on Saturday, between the hours of 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. The First Responders Commemoration Presentation will take place at 3:45 pm on the Miller Lite stage. For details on the presentation and our Heroes Hut, visit here.
Sunday, August 18
3. Donate non-perishable food items - Donate healthy non-perishable food items between 8:00 am and 11:00 am at the South Gate to receive free admission to the festival. The Hunger Task Force is specifically requesting for donations of canned peaches or pears in 100% juice. Patrons are welcome to attend Mass at 9:30 am. Those donating food who choose not to attend the Mass will receive a hand stamp valid for free entry at any time that day during regular festival hours (11:00 am to 10:00 pm) or are welcome to remain in the designated section of the South Gate. Ward's House of Prime and Claddagh will open at 9:00 for breakfast options. Donations will go to the Hunger Task Force.
4. Military Day - All veterans and military personnel receive FREE admission to the festival (all day, at any gate), plus one guest. Must provide a valid proof of service at any gate ticket window to receive your free tickets. Thank you for your service to our country!
Ward Irish Music Archives Free Ticket Program
5. Archives - Earn two FREE complimentary tickets to Irish Fest with the donation of ten original Irish related music items to the Ward Irish Music Archives. Items can be dropped off at the Main Gate to receive your free tickets. See what items are accepted!
*Any and all Active Military members will receive free admission to the festival, any day, with valid I.D., plus one guest. Please go to any Gate ticket window to receive your complimentary ticket. Thank you for your service!
*Children 12 and under receive free admission and do not require a ticket for entry.
