The Bow Tides is a powerhouse Celtic ensemble led by three Irish fiddlers: Ellery Klein, Jessie Burns and Katie Grennan. These dynamic women are veterans of the stage and studio, with a collective 15 years as the fiddlers with the Irish-American supergroup Gaelic Storm. They are joined by Grammy-nominated bassist Eric Thorin and guitarist Jeff Lindblade, holding down the low end. The group is bonded by their shared history, love of composition and rich harmonic arrangements, and a deep creative, calling. Their debut recording, Sailing On, is packed full of gorgeous original compositions as well as a breadth of uniquely arranged traditional tunes from Ireland, Scotland and Galicia.
